The 500W CNC Spindle Power Supply with Speed Controller is a compact, all-in-one driver designed to power and regulate 0.5KW ER11 CNC spindle motors. It accepts AC 220V or 110V input and delivers a smooth 0–100V DC output at up to 6A. With a built-in speed governor, ON/OFF switch, and 0–10V external control input, it is fully Mach3 compatible and protected against overload and short circuits for reliable workshop use.

The 500W CNC Spindle Power Supply is purpose-built for hobbyists, makers, and small workshops running 0.5KW ER11 spindle motors on desktop CNC routers and engraving machines. Instead of needing a separate transformer, rectifier, and speed controller, this unit combines all three into a single compact aluminum enclosure, making wiring and installation straightforward.

Power input is switchable between AC 220V and AC 110V, allowing the unit to be used across different mains standards — just make sure the input selector is set correctly before powering on. The output is a clean 0–100V DC at up to 6A, with spindle speed adjustable either by the onboard potentiometer or remotely via the 0–10V analog input, which is the standard interface used by Mach3, GRBL break-out boards, and most CNC controllers.

A dedicated ON/OFF terminal lets the controller start and stop the spindle automatically from G-code, while built-in overload and short-circuit protection safeguards both the spindle motor and the supply itself during long cutting sessions.
