This is a 5mm round diffused red LED. It has a forward voltage of 2.0-2.2V and a rated forward current of 20mA. The luminous intensity ranges from 450 to 800 mcd. Ideal for indicator lights, electronic projects, and Arduino prototypes.

LEDs

The 5mm round diffused red LED is a standard through-hole light-emitting diode widely used in hobbyist and professional electronics. The diffused lens provides a wide, soft viewing angle, making it perfect for status indicators and displays. With a forward voltage of 2.0-2.2V and a recommended forward current of 20mA, this LED is compatible with most microcontroller boards (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PIC, etc.) when used with an appropriate current-limiting resistor. The luminous intensity of 450-800 mcd ensures good visibility indoors without being overly bright. The 5mm package is durable and easy to mount on breadboards, PCBs, or panels.
