The Metal Aluminum Case with Two-line Double Fans is a precision-engineered enclosure for the Raspberry Pi 5, providing a balance of passive and active cooling in a rugged, compact form factor. It features two integrated 2-wire fans (constant speed), mounted directly over the Raspberry Pi 5’s CPU and power management IC. These fans run continuously to provide reliable airflow, ideal for users who prefer simpler cooling without PWM control.
The enclosure is made of CNC-machined aluminum alloy, which also acts as a passive heatsink. Thermal pads are included to ensure direct heat transfer from the key chips to the case body. Together with the fans, this setup significantly reduces the risk of thermal throttling under sustained CPU or GPU loads.
This case gives full access to all Raspberry Pi 5 ports, including GPIO, dual micro-HDMI, USB 3.0, Ethernet, and camera/display connectors. The design includes ventilation slots for better airflow and comes in an anodized finish, typically black or silver.
