The YF-S301 Water Flow Sensor (Sea) is a precise flowmeter designed to measure liquid flow rates from 0.3 to 10 liters per minute. Suitable for a wide voltage range of 5 to 24 volts, it outputs pulse signals that can be counted by microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other data acquisition systems.

The sensor uses a turbine wheel inside the flow channel; as water flows, the turbine spins, generating pulses proportional to the flow rate. These pulses allow accurate real-time monitoring of fluid volume, making it highly suitable for irrigation systems, aquarium water management, water dispensers, and industrial fluid flow monitoring.
