GY-271 QMC5883L 3-axis Electronic Compass Module Magnetic Field Sensor-China Chip

5.0(1 review)
SKU: ME-13495
JD4.90
The GY-271 QMC5883L is a 3-axis electronic compass module based on a China-made magnetic sensor chip. Ideal for direction sensing, navigation, and attitude correction, it provides digital magnetic field readings via I2C interface for use in robotics, drones, and embedded systems.
MEMS & IMU Sensors

The GY-271 module features the QMC5883L, a 3-axis magnetometer sensor designed to detect the Earth’s magnetic field. It delivers accurate digital output over I2C, enabling applications such as electronic compasses, navigation systems, and orientation tracking. Unlike the original HMC5883L, this version uses a Chinese QMC5883L chip, which is a functionally similar but non-identical replacement. Users must ensure compatibility with the correct library when integrating it into their systems.
