The SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle-M (Dongle Max) is a professional-grade Zigbee and Thread gateway designed for reliable, long-range smart home automation. Built on a powerful EFR32MG24 and ESP32D0WDR2 chipset combination, it delivers strong processing performance, stable operation, and future-ready expandability.

Dongle-M supports multiple connectivity options, including USB Type-C, Ethernet with PoE, and Wi-Fi, allowing flexible placement anywhere in the home or building for optimal Zigbee mesh coverage. Dual adjustable 5 dBi antennas provide 360-degree signal coverage, making it suitable for large homes and complex installations.

A built-in local web-based management interface enables easy configuration, device monitoring, firmware switching, log viewing, alerts, and advanced features such as webhooks and VPN-based remote access, all without command-line configuration.

Operating as a Zigbee coordinator, Dongle-M can manage up to 50 direct child devices and scale to approximately 200 devices through Zigbee routers, with configurable support up to 100 direct children.
