The Industrial Modbus RTU 4-Channel Relay Module is a high-performance industrial-grade relay controller designed for heavy-duty switching applications. Controlled via RS485 bus using the standard Modbus RTU protocol, it ensures stable, fast, and reliable communication with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation platforms.
This module features four high-current relays rated up to 30A, making it suitable for controlling high-power AC or DC loads. It supports configurable device addresses from 1 to 255, allowing multiple modules to operate on the same RS485 bus network.
For enhanced reliability and safety, the module integrates multiple protection mechanisms, including onboard voltage regulation (7–36V input), power supply isolation, ADI magnetic isolation for signal protection, optocoupler isolation to prevent high-voltage interference, resettable fuse for over-current protection, and TVS diode suppression for surge and lightning protection. A reverse-proof circuit protects the board from accidental incorrect wiring.
The module also supports flash-on and flash-off timing functions via command parameters, enabling temporary relay activation without additional controllers.
Housed in a durable DIN rail-mounted ABS enclosure, it is easy to install and safe for industrial control cabinets.
