The 0.5X CTV Adjustable Zoom C-Mount Adapter is a professional optical accessory designed to connect digital cameras to trinocular stereo microscopes equipped with a 38mm photo port. It is specifically engineered for microscopes that use the CX photo-port system and is compatible with many SM series and T490 series stereo microscopes.
This adapter reduces magnification to 0.5X, allowing cameras with larger image sensors (from 2/3" to 1" class) to capture a wider field of view without vignetting. It ensures proper image scaling, sharp focus, and balanced illumination when connected to a C-mount camera.
