TPS63802 Automatic Step Up and Step Down Power Supply Module 3.3v

5.0(1 review)
SKU: ME-14342
JD6.00

The TPS63802 Automatic Step Up and Step Down Power Supply Module provides a stable 3.3V output from a wide input voltage range of 1.3V to 5.5V. Based on the high-efficiency TI TPS63802 regulator chip, it features low ripple output and a switching frequency above 1.4 MHz for reliable performance. The module supports both boost and buck operation, making it ideal for lithium battery or USB power sources. It also includes power-saving and normal working modes to optimize energy consumption. With output current up to 1A, it is suitable for powering microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, and 51 series boards.

Power Modules

The TPS63802 Automatic Step Up and Step Down Power Supply Module is a compact and efficient voltage regulator designed to provide a stable 3.3V output from a wide range of input voltages. The module uses the Texas Instruments TPS63802 regulator chip, which supports both boost and buck conversion, allowing it to automatically increase or decrease the input voltage to maintain a constant output.

With an input voltage range of 1.3V to 5.5V (startup above 1.8V), the module can operate with lithium batteries, USB power sources, or other low-voltage supplies. The switching frequency exceeds 1.4 MHz, enabling efficient power conversion, low output ripple, and stable system performance.

The module supports two working modes: normal operating mode and power-saving mode. The energy-saving mode helps reduce power consumption and extend battery life, making it suitable for battery-powered devices.

Output voltage options include 3.3V, 4.2V, and 5V, which can be selected through jumper pad configuration. The board also includes a red LED indicator to show output power status.

Designed for easy integration, the module features large solder pads and supports optional 2.54 mm pin headers for convenient connection to development boards and electronic circuits.
