The Vibration Sensor Module for Car is a high-sensitivity alarm sensor built with a spring-mass piezoelectric system and LM358 op-amp for reliable vibration detection. Operating on DC 5–15V, it features an adjustable sensitivity range, signal output LED, and a 1-second delay low-level output compatible with microcontrollers. Connected via a 1-meter cable with a standard 2.54mm 3-pin socket (XH2.54 / KF2510), it is widely used in car, motorcycle, and motor anti-theft systems and integrates easily with MCUs and wireless modules.
The Vibration Sensor Module is a professional-grade anti-theft sensor designed for vehicle alarm systems, motorcycles, and motor-driven equipment. It uses a spring-loaded heavy-hammer mechanism combined with a piezoelectric ceramic element to detect mechanical vibrations with high accuracy. The captured vibration signal is amplified and conditioned through an LM358 dual operational amplifier, producing a clean, controllable output suitable for direct connection to a microcontroller, wireless transmitter module, or wired alarm circuit.
The module is manufactured using SMT technology with imported components, ensuring long-term stability, low power consumption, and consistent performance under real-world conditions. The detection sensitivity is fully adjustable, allowing the module to be tuned for delicate touch detection or heavier impact triggering. When a vibration is detected, the output remains active (low level) for approximately 1 second, giving the host controller a stable window to read the event.
It is estimated that around 80% of factory and aftermarket vehicle alarm systems use this type of sensor, making it a proven, reliable, and cost-effective choice for modern security applications.
