RepRap Full Graphic Smart Controller for 3D printer

The RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller is one of the most popular and widely supported control panels for DIY and RepRap-style 3D printers. It transforms a printer that previously required a computer connection into a fully standalone machine, capable of printing complex G-code files directly from an SD card without any host software running on a PC.

At the heart of the controller is a large 128 × 64 graphic LCD that displays printer status, temperatures, print progress, and a complete menu system. A rotary encoder with integrated push-button allows the user to navigate menus, adjust parameters, jog axes, control extrusion, and start or stop prints with a single hand. An on-board SD card slot lets users load sliced G-code files directly into the printer, while the controller itself supplies power to the SD card.

The panel connects to a RAMPS 1.4 controller board using the included smart adapter PCB, which provides the correct pin mapping for the LCD, encoder, and SD reader.
