Pressure Transducer Sensor G1/4 inch 5V 0-1.2 MPa

5.0(1 review)
SKU: ME-2778
JD20.00

The G1/4" Pressure Transducer Sensor (5V, 0–1.2 MPa) is a high-accuracy industrial-grade sensor designed for measuring the pressure of non-corrosive liquids and gases. Built with a carbon-steel alloy body, stainless-steel diaphragm, and imported sensing chip, it offers a 0.5–4.5V analog output, a ±1.5% FSO accuracy, and an ultra-fast 2 ms response time. With a standard G1/4" thread, waterproof sealed cable, and a service life of 500,000 cycles, it is ideal for water systems, pumps, hydraulics, air compressors, and IoT monitoring projects.

Pressure & Force Sensors

The G1/4" Pressure Transducer Sensor is a professional-grade pressure-measurement device built for industrial monitoring, automation, and IoT applications. It converts the pressure of liquids or gases into a clean, linear 0.5–4.5V analog voltage that can be read directly by a microcontroller (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi with ADC), a PLC, or any standard analog data-logger.

The sensor is constructed from a carbon-steel alloy body for mechanical strength, a stainless-steel diaphragm for corrosion resistance, and uses an imported, factory-calibrated sensing chip for long-term stability. The connection cable is fully sealed and waterproof, allowing the sensor to be installed in humid or outdoor environments without additional protection.

Designed for measuring non-corrosive media, the sensor handles a working range of 0 to 1.2 MPa (about 0–174 PSI / 0–12 bar) with high accuracy of ±1.5% FSO, and can survive momentary overpressure up to 2.4 MPa. Its ultra-fast 2 ms response time makes it suitable for dynamic pressure measurement, such as pump cycling, hydraulic shock detection, and real-time process control. With a rated 500,000-cycle service life, it offers excellent durability for both industrial and DIY use.

The standard G1/4" male thread allows the sensor to be installed quickly into most common pipe fittings, manifolds, and adapter blocks used in water, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Wiring is simple:

  • Red wire → +5V power supply
  • Black wire → GND (ground)
  • Yellow wire → analog output signal (0.5 – 4.5V)
