Cooling & Heating Modules

The TEC1-12715 Thermoelectric Cooler Module is a solid-state electronic cooling and heating device based on the Peltier effect. When electrical current flows through the module, heat is transferred from one side to the other, creating a cold surface on one side and a hot surface on the opposite side.

The module is designed for high-performance cooling and precision temperature control applications. It can be used for both cooling and heating simply by reversing the input polarity. The labeled side of the module acts as the hot side during standard operation.

Built using Bi2Te3 thermoelectric materials, the TEC1-12715 provides efficient heat transfer, compact size, and reliable operation in demanding environments. With 127 thermocouple junctions, the module can achieve a maximum temperature difference (ΔTmax) of 68°C.

The TEC1-12715 is widely used in electronics cooling, portable refrigeration systems, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and industrial temperature stabilization systems.
