Pressure Transducer Transmitter Sensor G1/4 — 0.5 MPa Stainless Steel (HK3022)

The HK3022 Pressure Transducer is a precision 0–0.5 MPa (0–72.5 PSI) stainless steel pressure sensor designed for measuring water, gas, oil, and air in non-corrosive applications. Powered by 5V DC with a clean 0.5–4.5V analog output, it offers ±1% FS accuracy, <2ms response time, and a long 500,000-cycle service life. Featuring a standard G1/4 thread and rugged stainless steel shell, it's ideal for wall-hanging boilers, gas furnaces, air compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

Pressure & Force Sensors

The HK3022 Pressure Transducer / Transmitter Sensor is a high-quality industrial-grade pressure sensor built to measure the pressure of non-corrosive gases and liquids including water, air, gas, oil, and similar media. Housed in a robust 304/316 stainless steel shell with a G1/4 male thread connection, it is engineered for reliable long-term operation in both industrial and consumer applications.

The sensor operates from a single 5V DC supply and delivers a clean, ratiometric analog output of 0.5V to 4.5V that corresponds directly to the 0 to 0.5 MPa (0 to 72.5 PSI) measurement range. This output format is directly compatible with the analog input of any microcontroller — including Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi (via ADC), and PLCs — without requiring additional signal conditioning circuitry.

At its core, the sensor uses an imported precision pressure chip combined with a Hall-effect-based signal processing circuit, providing ±1% FS accuracy, an ultra-fast response time of less than 2 milliseconds, and a wide temperature compensation range. The sensor can safely handle an over-pressure of up to 1.5 MPa and a burst pressure of 3.0 MPa, giving plenty of safety margin in real-world conditions.

The HK3022 is widely used in wall-hanging gas boilers, water heaters, gas storage tanks, air compressors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, irrigation systems, and water pump control. It is rated for a 500,000-cycle service life, making it suitable for continuous monitoring applications.

Important note: This sensor is rated for non-corrosive media only — do not use with acids, alkalis, salt water, or other corrosive fluids, as this will damage the diaphragm. The pressure range can also be customized by the manufacturer upon request.
