Converter Modules

The CD74HC4067 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Module is a highly flexible signal routing board designed for both analog and digital applications. Based on the CD74HC4067 integrated circuit, the module allows a single microcontroller pin to communicate with up to 16 different channels using only four address selection pins and one signal pin.

Internally, the module functions like an electronic rotary switch, connecting the common signal pin (SIG) to one of the sixteen channel pins (C0–C15) depending on the binary address applied to pins S0–S3.

The module supports bidirectional communication and can handle both analog and digital signals as long as the signal voltage does not exceed the module supply voltage (VCC). It is suitable for expanding microcontroller inputs and outputs, sensor interfacing, serial communication routing, and bus switching applications.

Thanks to its low ON resistance, low leakage current, and break-before-make switching design, the module provides stable signal transmission with minimal interference and crosstalk.
