The 74HC373N is a member of the 74HC logic family, featuring eight transparent D-type latches with separate latch-enable (LE) and output-enable (OE) controls. When LE is high, input data passes directly to the outputs; when LE goes low, data is latched. OE controls the 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications.
