Cooling & Heating Modules

The TES1-12704 Thermoelectric Cooler Module is a semiconductor-based cooling device that operates using the Peltier effect, where electrical current passing through the module creates a temperature difference between its two surfaces. One side absorbs heat and becomes cold, while the opposite side dissipates heat and becomes hot.

Constructed with 127 thermoelectric semiconductor couples enclosed between durable ceramic plates, the module offers reliable and maintenance-free operation without any moving components. This solid-state design ensures silent, vibration-free performance, making it suitable for applications requiring compact and precise temperature control.

The TES1-12704 operates at a nominal voltage of 12V DC, with a maximum operating voltage of 15.2V, a maximum current of 4A, and a maximum power consumption of 46.4W. Under optimal conditions, it can achieve a maximum temperature differential (ΔTmax) of 66°C.
