The T-Motor 30A Opto Pro 400Hz ESC is a premium-grade Electronic Speed Controller engineered for serious drone pilots, RC aircraft enthusiasts, and professional multirotor operators. Manufactured by T-Motor, a leading name in the drone industry, this ESC combines high refresh rate control, rugged construction, and advanced protection features in a compact, lightweight package weighing only 31 grams.

Operating at a fast 400Hz refresh rate, the ESC delivers smooth, linear, and highly responsive throttle control, which is essential for stable flight, precise maneuvers, and rapid altitude changes. It supports a wide input range of 2 to 6 cells lithium (LiPo) or 5 to 18 cells NiCd / NiMH batteries, making it compatible with most modern drone and RC power systems. The continuous output of 30A with a 40A burst capacity for up to 10 seconds ensures dependable performance even under heavy load conditions.

This ESC features an Opto-isolated input (no BEC), which electrically isolates the receiver and flight controller from the power circuit, eliminating electrical noise and improving signal integrity for cleaner, more reliable flight performance. It is engineered with extremely low output resistance, which results in higher efficiency, lower heat generation, and superior current endurance.

The ESC includes a comprehensive set of protection mechanisms: low-voltage cut-off, over-temperature shutdown, and throttle signal loss protection, all of which work together to safeguard the motor, ESC, and battery from damage. Three configurable start-up modes (Normal, Soft, and Super-Soft) make it equally suitable for fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and multirotor platforms, while the adjustable throttle range ensures full compatibility with virtually all RC transmitters available on the market.

For added convenience, the ESC supports an optional pocket-sized Program Card (sold separately), which makes field programming fast and intuitive. The card also unlocks the ESC's built-in music-playing function, with 15 selectable melodies available for personalized startup sounds.
