The device is capable of testing up to four servos simultaneously, allowing users to evaluate synchronization and compare response performance between multiple servo motors. It generates precise PWM control signals with high resolution, capable of detecting very small changes in pulse width (up to 2 microseconds accuracy), ensuring accurate servo response testing.

It supports PPM signal input testing, where it can monitor incoming PPM signals and synchronize output to connected servos. The device automatically enters manual mode when powered on, allowing direct control of pulse width using a rotary potentiometer.
