The RB-150MG 180° Metal Gear Servo is a high-performance digital servo featuring a coreless brush DC motor and all-metal gears for superior torque, precision, and durability. Delivering up to 16 kg-cm at 7.2V with a tight 10µs dead band, it offers fast response and accurate positioning. Servo Motors

The RB-150MG Metal Gear Servo Motor is the newest generation 180-degree precision servo built around a coreless brush DC motor with a non-iron internal rotor. This advanced motor design delivers high energy conversion efficiency, fast braking and activation response, and smooth, stable operation — making the RB-150MG one of the most reliable servos in its class for demanding robotics and RC applications.

Internally, the servo uses an integrated digital control IC combined with a power switch H-bridge circuit running in bipolar driver mode. This translates into fast response, an extremely narrow dead band of just 10µs, high positioning accuracy, and excellent anti-jamming performance. A high-quality conductive plastic potentiometer provides reliable position feedback over thousands of cycles.

The mechanical structure is reinforced with all-metal gears, giving the servo high stall torque — up to 16 kg-cm at 7.2V — along with strong shock resistance. Despite its power, the servo remains compact and lightweight, with low electromagnetic interference, making it well suited for sensitive electronics environments.

The RB-150MG is fully compatible with standard PWM control signals (1500µs neutral) and works with most RC receivers and microcontrollers including Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and STM32-based platforms. With a heavy-duty 300mm connector wire, it integrates easily into robotic arms, RC models, gimbals, and automation projects.
