Description:
In the circuit signal transmission process, the voltage signal will weaken with the increase of the transmission distance, and the current transmission can prevent the signal attenuation. The module is used for the end of current signal transmission, the signal is converted into voltage signal for SCM detection. The current input supports 4-20Ma and 0-20mA, and the voltage output supports 0-3.3V 0-5V 0-10V.
Instructions:
1. The module is connected according to the definition, the supply voltage is 7-36V (if the output is 10V, the supply voltage must be greater than 12V)
2. After power on, D2 light should be bright, otherwise please check the line connection. Board with reverse connection protection, reverse connection does not light up.
3. When the current input is minimum (0mA or 4mA), adjust the zero potentiometer so that the output output is minimum (0.0V or other voltage)
4. When the current input is maximum (20mA), adjust the aperture potentiometer so that the VOUT output is the maximum value (3.3V or 5V or 10V, when the input is 4-20mA, the minimum output can be 2.5V).
According to your needs, select the jumper cap related range:
4 -- 20ma:0 -- 2.5V range: J1 1, 2 feet short link, 3, 4 feet short link
0-3.3V range: J1 1, 2 feet off, 3, 4 feet off
0-5.0V range: J1 1.2 feet short link, 3.4 feet short link
0-10.0V range: J1 1.2 feet short connection, 3.4 feet off
0 -- 20ma:0 -- 3.3V range: J1 1.2 feet short link, 3.4 feet short link
0-5.0V range: J1 1.2 feet short link, 3.4 feet short link
0-10.0V range: J1 1.2 feet short connection, 3.4 feet off
