Wiring steps:
(1) The acquisition cable is connected to each section of the battery to ensure the effective connection of the cable.
Make sure that at the cable plug end, the potential sequence of single - - increases or decreases in sequence.
The potential sequence is consistent with the potential sequence of the socket at the protection board end, and the potentials are in one-to-one correspondence.
(2) Solder the B-lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack.
Ensure that the solder joints are firm and reliable and have good electrical conductivity. There are no possible hidden dangers such as extrusion and friction at the wiring position, and the wiring is smooth and short.
Avoid solder, conductive objects or leads falling, sticking or touching the protective board.
(3) Connect the plug of the cable to the socket of the protection board.
First complete welding the B-lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack, and then connect the plug of the cable to the socket of the protection board.
Make sure that the connection between the cable plug and the socket of the protection board is in place, that no charged objects or leads touch the protection board, and that fixing measures are taken.
(4) B+ and c are respectively connected to the positive and negative poles of the charging interface.
Make sure that other leads are isolated during the soldering process to avoid short circuits.
The voltage of the battery pack tested for the moving interface and the charging interface is consistent with the battery pack voltage, the polarity is correct, and the wiring position is correct.
Precautions:
1 Do a good job of anti-static, waterproof, and dust-proof work when wiring; avoid the occurrence of impact and extrusion of the protective board during use.
2 Please pay attention to the output power to configure the size of the nickel sheet;
3 Be careful not to repeatedly short-circuit P+ P- continuously, and there will be circuit voltage spikes, which are easy to Cause MOS tube damage;
4 Be careful not to let the protection board touch the water, it is easy to damage!
5 Welding the board, please pay attention to anti-static operation!
